AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITONS

1. By applying on this website, you are not actually filing IEC application, but you are only submitting your details to us, which will be processed at our end for filing your IEC application.
2. Only those applications which are complete in all respect will be processed.
3. The application will be filed only after receipt of payment.
4. We would make our full endeavor to file your application within 24 hours from the date after the application and additional details, if any, as required by us are received. However, we do not guarantee that such application would be filed by us within 24 hours. It may take additional and more time to file the application.
5. The fees charged by us are for following services : -
1. Government Fees for IEC Application
2. Professional Fees
6. Once the IEC applications is filed, we would notify you and will provide you the application allotment number, as and when the same is allotted by the IEC office and notified to us. 
7. We make it clear that once the application is filed, our obligations and commitment is over. We do not guarantee or represent that after IEC application is filed the same would be approved and IEC will be allotted.  An IEC application may get rejected on legal ground or any other ground. We are not responsible for rejection of IEC application on any of the ground whatsoever. All and any issue like answering query of directorate etc. shall be sole responsibility of applicant. The applicant hereby disclaims, waives all rights claims and liability against us.
8. If for any reason we could not file your IEC application, we will return the entire money paid by you to us for filing the application. No interest or cost born by you for transfer of money will be paid. Moreover we are in no manner liable for any other cost, loss, injury, damage etc incurred by you on account of non-filing of your IEC application. You hereby waive all your right to that effect.
9. At anytime, before we file your IEC application, you can notify us to withdrawn from filing. In that event, we will return the entire money paid by you, to us for filing the application. No interest or any other cost born by you for transfer of money will be paid. You hereby waive all your right to that effect.
10. You represent that the information supplied by you are true, correct and precise in all aspect. You further represent that none of the information supplied by you are false, fabricated or misleading.   You further represent that nothing material has been suppressed by you, which may have bearing to filing of this application.
11. You shall be held sole liable if any information supplied by you is found to be false, fabricated, concocted or wrong.  It is further clarified that we are not in any way liable or shall be held liable for any such false, fabricated and concocted information supplied by you
12. All and any dispute, differences or claims arising out of or under this agreement or in anyway related to this agreement or in any manner related to the services provides on this website, shall be subject to arbitration proceedings, to be held by a single arbitrator, appointed by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court under the provisions of Arbitration and Concilliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be at Ahmedabad. The decision of Arbitrator shall be final on the issue. Arbitrator shall not be competent to award cost or interest.
13. You represent that you are authorized and legally competent to file the IEC application on and for behalf of the concerned.
14. Filing of this application will not constitute any attorney client relationship or any kind of agency or fiduciary relationship. However, we undertake to maintain complete secrecy and privacy of your information to us, save and otherwise were required to be disclosed by statue or any order or instrument having the force of statue.
15. You Confirm that it is your own discretion to file this application, and we make no representation of any kind to persuade you to avail our service, save and otherwise the only representation that we provide the service of filing IEC.
